What is Sanctified in the Bible? 
In the Bible, Jesus declared Himself sanctified and Peter wrote that Jesus’ followers are set apart. Being sanctified means being set apart by God and part of His family. It is also about knowing that God is at work in our lives. In the Old Testament, people had to perform sacrifices to make themselves right with God.
Sacredness
